The moderators--being myself, Cid, and Darkness--do acknowledge how long we've been taking to get this up and running, and we apologize for making those who have agreed to join us wait for as long as we have. This being said, we do still have quite a bit of work to do on the forum, but we are considering opening the story up for a sort of beta. We are still working out the kinks and filling in quite a few blanks, but whomever has a character idea is free to submit this for us to look over and approve.
As far as clans, bloodlines, and disciplines--what we've got up right now for clans is solid, so while we are still filling in the blanks... Well, y'know, you see what we're offering. If you've already got the knowledge to play your favorite clan, you don't really need our summary, do you? Submit a character, and we will help you to adjust it to our parameters if the character needs any editing at all. Disciplines may still need a little tweaking, but you are more than welcome to negotiate with us about what angle you were going for in your description, how the physics of each discipline might work on our board, or even our definitions of the disciplines. The same will go for bloodlines.
Now, we are a little while away from any kind of official roll out, but that doesn't mean we should impede the gameplay of those who have decided to give our board a chance so early on. We do appreciate the fact that you're giving our rookie board your attention!
